📢 NOTICE is hereby given that the following streets and major thoroughfares in Downtown Dumaguete will be adjusted and modified as they will be affected by the KABULAKAN FESTIVAL STREET DANCING on MAY 22, 2026 (Friday) starting at 1:00 PM onwards.

ROADS AFFECTED:

2️⃣ Along Burgos St. corner Sta. Catalina St. up to San Juan St.
3️⃣ Along Silliman Ave. corner Perdices St. up to Real St.
4️⃣ Along Hibbard Ave. corner Katada St. up to Flores Ave.
5️⃣ Along Perdices St. corner Silliman Ave. up to Sta. Rosa St.
6️⃣ Along Colon St. corner Mabini St. up to Rizal Blvd.
7️⃣ Along San Juan St. corner Sta. Catalina St. up to Rizal Blvd.
8️⃣ Along San Jose St. corner Rizal Blvd. up to Real St.
9️⃣ Along Locsin St. corner Rizal Blvd. up to Real St.

🚗 To avoid delay in travel, the riding public is advised to take the alternative routes during the aforementioned activity:

➡️ Vehicles from the South going to the North may take Real St. to Cervantes St. going to Miciano Rd. west area.
➡️ Vehicles going to the South may take Cervantes St. / Sta. Rosa St. up to the crossing near Robinsons going south and west.
