Dino Residences is the newest budget hotel in Dumaguete City, offering mainly essentials and a little bit extra without the added expense of services you probably would not need. Clean, comfortable air conditioned rooms equipped with HD cable TVs and reliable, fast WIFI internet await you. The whole building is monitored by a fire alarm system and CCTV cameras from every angle, while 1 hour laundromat services are available at the ground floor.

We are situated along the main provincial highway and across the street from the city’s newest mall, CityMall making shopping and dining very convenient. In case of emergencies, there are several state and private hospitals a few minutes away. Upon request, shuttles to the airport and seaport, which are both 4 minutes away by car, are available for a small fee while public transport to most parts of the city is easily available.
