We are located at prime location and just opposite of the Hypermarket.
MONTHLY BASIS CONTRACT, 23,600 /month for the 1 Bedroom Unit and 26,100 to 28,800 /month for the 2 Bedroom Unit.
2 Br apartments good for 4 Adults,1 Br 2 Adults
Our apartments range from 80 to 90 SQM living area with American Kitchen and washing Maschine .
Also we have a swimming pool for our tenants.
On a one year contract we offer some discount.
A 10000 pesos security deposit is required for reservation ,that will be returned on check out .
We also offer secure online payments.

All Apt have HIGH SPEED INTERNET WIFI , up to 300 MPS which is P1,400/month .
Our DAILY RATES for a 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT[ queen and king size bed] is 2700 PESOS and for the 1 BEDROOM Apartment [queen size bed] is 2300 Pesos ,all inclusive Rates .
Please note that only the daily rate is an all inclusive rate !!
All other rates the costumer is responsible to pay extra for internet, electric and water !!
Cable TV is 450 pesos / month .
