The “Lapu-Lapu 69” was inspired by a classic tropical cocktail created during the heyday of the tiki cocktail culture. Made with Inferno flaming rum, passionfruit, citrus notes, house-made cardamom liqueur and laced with a float of White Castle Calibre 69 Whisky, this fruity yet boozy drink is a nod to every Filipino’s love for culture and tradition. In our continuing quest to honor and pay homage to the “founding father” of the Tiki cocktail culture, we present to you “Haring Habagat” a Filipino-inspired cocktail featuring 6 various rums of beautifully crafted with tropical fruits and a lot of island vibe.
