Resort Policy

A 50% deposit is required by PayPal or Bank Transfer to confirm your reservation. Cancellation requests received with more than 14 days notice period, will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received within a 14 day notice period will incur a penalty fee of 50% of the total booking fee. The balance for the accommodation can be paid during the check-in by both cash and cred

it card (or 7 days in advance/contactless by PayPal or Bank Transfer). All the cottages have a maximum capacity for two people (aged 12 and over), with no possibility of an extra bed. The Beachfront Pool Villa has a maximum capacity for eight people, with the possibility of up to two younger children on existing bedding. Whilst we accept families in the Beachfront Pool Villa, please note that Buko Beach Resort is an adults-only (12 and over) property. Check in time: from 14h/2pm, should your room be unavailable on your arrival, you may leave your luggage in reception and enjoy our restaurant/bar/pool facilities. Check out time: 12h/12pm.
