Erlinda's Farm & Resort House Rules and Regulations:
1. Due to Pool TREATMENT and CLEANING MAINTENANCE, Use Of Pool Is Strictly Until 3AM Only.
2. Downpayment none refundable.
3. Mag log in at strictly full payment upon check-in.
4. Any excess headcount including visitors will be charged separately upon entry.
5. Required Security Deposit of 2k sa Check-in which can be refunded upon check-out less any purchased goods & availed services and any damage on resort properties.
6. Bawal magdala ng kahit anong babasaging bagay sa paligid ng pool.
7. Bawal maglipat ng mga gamit na pagmamay-ari ng resort ng walang pahintulot.
8. May additional charge sa mga magdadala ng electrical items like rice cooker at electric fan. Mayroon po kami mga lutuan na for rent.
9. Use of Videoke is STRICTLY until 10pm. Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ng Barangay ang pag-iingay paglampas ng 10pm.
10. Bonfire only from 7pm - 10pm.
11. Keep the area - villa, kubo at pool area - clean at all time. May mga basurahan po tayo sa paligid.
12. The staff will need to check the villa before you can refund the security deposit.
13. Picking of fruits is not allowed. With penalty.
14. Follow the designated parking area.
15. BAWAL MAGDECORATE AT MAGSET-UP NG PAGKAIN SA LUOB AT LABAS NG MGA VILLA, POOL AREA AT UMBRELLA AREA. SA CABANA AT RECEIVING AREA PWEDE MAGSET-UP.
16. BAWAL PO MAKULIT AT HINDI SUMUSUNOD KAPAG PINAGBABAWALAN NG MGA STAFF. WE WILL BE FORCED TO CALL THE BARANGAY/AUTHORITY IF WE FORESEE UNTOWARD INCIDENTS.
17. For STRICT COMPLIANCE, follow the resorts rules and regulation.
POOL Sprinklers/Falls/Under-Water_Lights & Spotlight hours:
- Kiddie & Adult Sprinklers & Falls -> 4pm-8pm & 9am-11am.
- Pool Under-water Lights -> 6pm-12midnight.
- Spotlights -> 6pm-12midnight
- 2 Raws of Lights In Front of Villas will be left open by 12midnight.
