Beware of this guest Named: Gaia Guter
she booked with us on September 21, to 25th,
On her arrival she requested to check inn Early we let her inn however it happened that we advice to cancel the reservation due to her request that she wants to stay 2nights and the remaining 2nights ask for a refund and she just arrived on the room and asking for a new towel didnt even use it within a day she kept complaining.
Booking.c0m strictly(Non refundable policy)
However we are surprised that this guest leave us a very bad review, out of 💯 she’s the one who leave 1.0.
This is very unfair for us that we are building a Good Reputations / reviews on our accomodation but still there are people that will destroy the good rating which takes us effort and years to build.
