Five years ago, this piece of land had nothing on it but potential, and honestly, a lot of hope that we were doing the right thing.

We watched it turn into walls, then a roof, then into something people now fly hours to get to, to spend a few days somewhere that actually feels good to be in. That didn’t happen because of one person or one plan going perfectly. It happened because of a team that showed up early, stayed late, and cared about getting the small things right even when no one was watching. It happened because of partners who said yes before we had much to show them except an idea. And it happened because of guests who took a chance on us and trusted us with their time here in Siargao.

Five years later, we’re proud to say we still believe in the same things we started with. Intentional hospitality. Genuine care. And the people, our people, who make both of those real every single day.

To our team, our partners, our very first guests, and the new faces just finding us now: this one’s for you. Thank you for being part of how this story started, and for sticking around to see where it goes next.
