REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS (updated October 25, 2025):
Mga dapat tandaan bago mag book ng reservation:
1. Reservations and prepayments are non-refundable. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
2. Re-scheduling must be strictly done at least 3 days earlier than schedule. New schedule will depend on availability of slots. Re-scheduling is only allowed twice and within a 2-month period from original date of supposed visit.
3. On date of visit, the park reserves the right to assess the weather condition to allow change of date of visit.
4. GCash payments must not be diminished by fees.

IMPORTANT PARK REMINDERS
👉 About the picnic site:
Manyang Picnic Grove is short 300 meter climb covered in about 20 minutes. City view is at 250 masl. No toilet available. Nearest comfort room is at Sitio Siete. No drinking water readily available. Illumination at night is care of some solar-powered lights.
👉 Best time to go:
Any time from 2 PM to late afternoon.
Enjoy the city view and fresh air at the picnic site with the forest setting as background.
All guests staying overnight is not allowed to leave the premises from 7 pm to 7 am.
Guests must leave the campsite latest 9 am the following day. Must finally exit the park gates by 11 am. Excess stay will be charge for another day.
What to bring:
Food and drinks provisions. Walang store sa tuktok kaya dapat bitbit nyo na lahat ng need nyo including tents and first aid kits. Sitio Siete is the nearest store where you can order food & drinks. Arrange some meals prior to hiking.

PICNIC SITE RULES & POLICIES
👉 Basic Rules:
Please read and share the link to companions. Most of our park rules and guidelines are aligned to the LEAVE NO TRACE Principle.
✅Keep watch of your trash. Put in your bags at itapon sa designated na lugar. Collect all your wastes and deposit near the entrance and parking area at the campsite. This includes used cooking oil.
❌Do not throw any waste while hiking in the trail. Collect them and dispose in garbage areas.
❌Avoid spitting within the camping area.
❌Bonfire is not allowed.
❌Cooking must be in designated areas only. Keep off the grass for any cooking equipment (butane stove included). Kindly use the concrete area at the mid-section of the park. If you intend some cooking during your visit, please pitch your tent near the concreted area for good access. A fine of 2,000 pesos minimum shall be borne by any violator.
❌Tents are not allowed very near the planted trees. Please stay away at least 5 meters from them. In case of damage to any of the trees, a fine of 20,000 pesos minimum per tree will be charged.
❌All guests staying overnight is not allowed to leave the premises between 7 pm (closing) to 7 am (opening). Visitors on day hike or with no intention to stay overnight must leave the park main entrance before the closing time (6:30 pm). Any one caught violating will be fined triple for a day of entrance or 450 each person.
❌Stay within the designated trail and picnic grounds at all times. Do not venture in any uncharted course. Other owners/assignees of areas in the park have stiff disciplinary ways. Please do not challenge TRESPASSING rules. Our trails and pathways are safely coordinated with other landowners and you have a safe passage. You may end up not enjoying your visit if you consider passing through old trails not the designated and official ones for visitors. Fine of 1000 pesos per head is being imposed. Amount to be collected by landowner on the spot upon violation.
✅✅Pets (dogs/cats/domesticated animals) may be allowed in the park. Owners must present p**p bags upon entry. Owners must see to it that their pets do not p**p nor p*e along the trail and in the camp site. Pet owners must be responsible for any droppings or waste. Owners must ensure the safety of other visitors by keeping pets on leash all the time. Pets should have gotten the necessary veterinary requirements on a regular basis.
⭕⭕Control loudness of voice and volume of any sound instrument. Visitors with the intent to do a soft party using simple sound system will be assigned to a designated tent area. The management will transfer any group to an area allowing distance from groups preferring the relative peace and quiet. We will respond to any clamor of inconvenience or annoyance.
❌Huwag galawin ang mga tanim at hayop. Any violation will be subject to DENR rules. You will be reported accordingly. Some domesticated cows and horses may be encountered along the trail. Please refrain from touching or getting near them. Practice safety and health protocols for both human and animals.

The activity of engaging in a hike/ride/camping is a personal choice and is done so with an understanding that certain risks are inherent. THE UNDERSIGNED PARTICIPANT/S AGREES AND UNDERSTAND/S:
1. That the surfaces may or may not be improved and could include travel over uneven terrain characterized by gravel, river rock, boulders of varying size, downed foliage, exposed or hidden plant roots or tree limbs, all of which could be slippery in both wet and dry conditions.
2. Without limitation, injury can be caused by falls, trips, slips, natural debris, rooted, fixed, or moving.
3. Injury may also result from certain, unforeseen and unavoidable contact with animals, plants or rocks.
4. Hiking/Riding/Camping should be undertaken only by persons in good physical condition and health that are able to tolerate moderate to strenuous physical exercise.
5. THAT HIKING/RIDING/CAMPING IN A WILDERNESS SETTING INVOLVES RISK OF SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY INCLUDING POTENTIAL DEATH.
6. The undersigned participant assumes all risks of personal injury, including death, damage or loss of property resulting from the activity described herein before allowing that individual to participate.
7. The visitors agree to observe updated government pronouncements on the new normal in light of the health crisis which is the COVID-19 Pandemic. Primarily, visitors should provide and wear face masks, observe social distancing, and use alcohol as needed and/or as often.
8. Park rules (printed and verbal as reminders) are to be strictly observed. The management has the right to send visitors out of the premises for violations.
9. The undersigned and/or parent or guardian expressly releases and waives any claims against LEYSON ECO PARK, and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors and employees resulting from their participation in these activities.

Get to Mabuhay Road (Dacera Avenue) and head straight north passing through circumferential road (Albert Morrow Blvd) and go ahead straight ahead till you reach the entrance gate.
