Try our newly built private home, "HomeMalon"a peaceful relaxing place located at Prk Malinawon, Ofrencio Torres Santos Street (fronting Bounty Fresh), Conel Road, General Santos City. It is a great place to unwind and have fun; around 30 mins away from the city.

Package 1
@₱ 8,500.00 - OVERNIGHT
- exclusive use of the entire place, good for 10-15 pax
- unlimited use of swimming pool ( �p

- We require 50% down payment to confirm your booking
- Non-refundable but transferrable to other available dates

�INCLUSIONS:
- Function hall with tables and chairs (open type)
- 2 Deluxe Room w/ aircon and bathroom (carpeted room: pls do leave your footwears outside)
- Pillow and beddings for 10 pax (you may bring your own blanket)
- 2 towels each bathroom
- Shower room before and after swimming is available outside the Deluxe room
- Use of eating utensils (please bring additional disposable utensils)
- Use of kitchen utensils and cook wares
- Outdoor kitchen w/ refrigerator & water dispenser
- Griller
- 2 Life jackets for kids
- slippers

�AMENITIES:
- Grilling area
- Bonfire area
- Tent area
- Dart board game / chess area


***Please observe the ff:
- proper disposal of garbage
- maintain cleanliness
- quite time is 10pm
- we discourage videoke (but can be negotiated for limited time)
- shower first before diving (shower is available at the back of the fountain wall)
- no picking of plants
- turn of lights when not in use
- no smoking
- be responsible for your own safety
- guard your kids especially at the pool area
- always close the gates
- clean as you go
- broken furniture and any other damage caused during your stay shall be charged accordingly
- park your cars properly
- no corkage
-pls inform us if you intend to use the place with catering and additional invitees; this will incurr additional charges. Check in Time: 2pm /3pm
