As C³ & M² Rent-Alls continues to serve more celebrations, we’re also improving the way we do business.
Starting September 2026, we are implementing our revised Rental Policy to make every transaction clearer, safer, and fair for both our customers and our business.
What’s included in our updated policy?
• 50% down payment to confirm your reservation
• 22-hour standard rental period
• Refundable security deposit for all rentals
• Clear guidelines for delivery and self-pickup
• Transparent replacement costs for lost or damaged items
• Clear late-return guidelines for self-pickup rentals
• No hidden charges
One thing we want to emphasize:
Your security deposit is NOT an additional rental fee. It is refundable after the items are returned or retrieved, checked, and found complete and in satisfactory condition, with no applicable deductions.
We also understand that rental items are meant to be used. Normal wear and ordinary washable dirt are not automatically considered damage.
Our goal is simple. Before you confirm your booking, you should know what you’re paying for, what to expect from us, and what we expect from you.
No surprises. No unclear charges. Just a fair and transparent rental experience. 🤝
