Dear valued client and guests. Drigg’s Suites is now open to serve you in accordance with the preventive measure / guidelines against COVID-19 issued by the Local Government Unit of General Santos City and Department of Tourism.

ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE / FRONT OFFICE

* Will accommodate bookings of all guests whether for work or leisure at 50% Operational Capacity only under Section 22 of the Administrative Order No: 2000-002 during the enforcement of the Modified General Community Quarantine.
* Social distancing will be strictly implemented.
* Sanitizing guest supplies such as key card and pen will be done accordingly.
* A foot bath mat is placed on entrances to sanitize your footwear.
* Protective gear such as face shield and mask will be part of our staff uniform.
* Temperature thermal scanning and sanitation of luggages will be conducted.
* Face mask will be available for guests at the front desk upon request.
* Proper area is provided for filling up forms and health declaration.

HOUSEKEEPING/ ROOMS

• All our guest rooms undergo thorough disinfecting and sanitizing.
• Change of linens and room disinfection is done regularly.
• There’s no back-to-back arrivals, rest assured all rooms and meeting spaces are sanitized 24 hours prior to your arrival.
• For matrimonial Room only 2 person maximum for couple and for the rooms having more than 1 bed, one person per bed is allowed.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

• Capacities of meeting rooms will change following correct social distancing.
• Heightened food sanitation practices are strictly implemented.
• There will be no direct contact between you and our associates when food is delivered to your room.
• To ensure social distancing in restaurant is observed, tables are set up according to 4 guests per 10sqm.
• Enhanced safety training is regularly done with our staff.

We have also implemented our TARGET ZERO PROGRAM amongst our employees. All our employees will play an important role in enforcing this guidelines with the goal of zero COVID-19 cases in our establishment.

The tree of life. Driggs Suites and Driggs Pension House continues to support the environment. We have just completed planting another 400 trees along the river bank of barangay Batomelong. The trees after how many years will protect the river bank and provide a better environment. Our commitment to the environment for the future of our children.
