We're safe! The building of Rozen Suites, Malakas is in remarkable condition and there are no cracks, or broken glass caused from yesterday's earthquake. Though we're open to serve you, we're fully booked for the weekend :)

Room 201 is also a Double-sized Bed located at the second floor of Rozen Suites Malakas. It enjoys a view of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, is closest to the stairwell (and WiFi), and is the only room with the screen door. It has a 10-year warranty Mandaue Foam and semi-black-out curtains, much like the other pension-house style rooms.

Jong, our carpenter, poses in the middle of the room after retouching the walls of Room 108, before we had it rented out to our monthly resident. After letting the carabao grass grow, we added tiles to make the entrance to Room 108 more grand, as demonstrated by our resident cat, Jessicat. Not pictured is the kitchen, with its new Italian-marble looking tiles and counter.

This was to address the needs of working professionals looking for a place to stay at the heart of Purok Malakas in Barangay San Isidro, General Santos City.

Rozen Suites Malakas accepts monthly tenants, and may offer weekly rates, as well.
