Farm House

* Weekends & Holidays (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays): ₱12,000 for up to 10 guests
* Weekdays (Monday–Thursday): ₱10,000 for up to 10 guests
* Additional guests beyond 10: ₱300 per person, whether staying overnight or visiting for the day.

Kubo House

* ₱2,200 per Kubo
* Accommodates 2–4 guests

📌 Resort Policies

* Children 0–4 years old: Free of charge
* Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) receive a 20% discount upon presentation of a valid physical ID. No physical ID, no discount.
* Strictly NO PETS and NO FI****MS allowed inside the property.

💳 Reservation & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm all Farm House and Kubo House reservations. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
