As the owner of Peninsula Beach Resort,
I am replying to the complaint posted thru Social Media by Ms CARREN JOY BANDELLON.
1) THAT, the owners of Batang Peninsula are careless towards children’s welfare while playing at the swimming pool:
•Ms BANDELLON, we have respondents and watchers at the location but the number of kids playing can not be watched individually, the reason that prior to the guest’s entrance we inform the adults to watch over their children.
After the incident, we observed the boy that they claimed needed medical care playing while walking by our house.
-Ms BANDELLON you demanded a medical payment for your boy, what do you think that we are idiots to comply to you without due process?
2) THAT, we are childless that’s why we didn’t care at all:
•Ms BANDELLON, we have EIGHT CHILDREN. They all grew up with us.
All are well educated and self-supporting in California.
The problem with you Ms BANDELLON is you seem to think maliciously and unaware of what will it cost you. You should think twice before accusing us. As a mother or guardian of the child, you should have sought the medical assistance for your child without thinking anything and the best you could have done. Then if financial is a burden, that’s the time you can inform us.
FYI: Batang Peninsula has been in public service in Himamaylan for 22 years. We treasure this resort because this is our residence retiring from California. Our reputation is very important to our Meñez family. This beach resort is the first tourist spot dedicated for the community.
You cannot compare us or we do not compete with other resorts. We employ 30 employees at the resort and benefits are well granted.
Modesty aside, in Orange County, California we helped or housed numerous Ilonggos who needed help. So, Ms BANDELLON you are very, very wrong in accusing us.
