2025's 1st Qtr Meeting of the Tourism Council met with heated discussions such as that regarding the strategic shares of the current status of our Environmental Fee. All in all - we realize that striving to improve our tourism traffic is the key to bringing in more income.

Income we need for projects to further develop San Narciso as both an attractive tourist destination and as a community that can sustain livelihood for its locals.

Working together to exhaust all current resources, back-and-forth on the drawing board to create, amend and improve current policies & guidelines. Constantly on the lookout for the next stepping stone to get us that much closer to the potential we know of - to the vision of San Narciso that we are adamant about bringing into reality.

Our current team is passionate & unstoppable. 🔥

Thank you ZPPO Tourist Police, PTIPO, BPLO, SNZ Tourism for the thorough 3 day inspection. We hope to encourage all AEs to apply for their permits and in return - reap more benefits for themselves as legitimate business owners as well as improve traffic by upholding the utmost of integrity for San Narciso as a tourist destination.

Tourism Framework Planning held at the Balin-Sambali conference room in Iba for the next 10 years of Zambales Tourism brought to us by DOT Region III after extensive research and continuous focus group discussions throughout Zambales with all tourism-related NGOs.

DOT Region III and PTIPO Zambales have been incredible the past year in their efforts to reach out to the communities and learn about culture, infrastructure, current happenings, among other things - to identify the strengths for highlighting & weaknesses for improvement that affect the tourism industry within Zambales.

With this information and input from the community - they were able to formulate a tourism improvement guide for the next 10 years. We look forward to the positive changes guided by this framework - from Government resolutions to private sectoral implementation & the cooperation of local communities.

Significant increase in tourism despite the Province's implementation of the environmental fee for tourists in San Narciso.

A significant amount of the Municipal's 70% (P1,085,881 from March '24 - June '24) will go toward solid waste management improvements and the development of our local tourist sites & activities.

Please reach out to your barangay officials in regards to how barangay budgets from the environmental fees will be spent.

For any questions regarding resort establishments in San Narciso - feel free to reach out. Mabuhay! 🇵🇭

DOT Region III held a focus group discussion for surf tourism in Zambales here in San Narciso! It's lovely to see the government reaching out to us and getting to know the personality of our locals to be able to build our brand in surf tourism. Surfers who don't do Zambales haven't seen the entirety of options we have.

From beach breaks to reef and point breaks, our unbeatable surf community and tourism-friendly locals and how much we care for the environment. The discussion leader couldn't help but chuckle as he saw how much consistency we had in our responses - we're excited to see what DOT comes up with and thank you for thinking of us!
