UPDATE: Please note that due to the past destructive “Ulysses“ typhoon in November 10-13, 2020, we have to take down the pavilion & nipa hut, thus providing a wider oceanfront view for our guests to enjoy.
We provide an outdoor kitchen & BBQ grill; basic pots & pans, knives, cutting board; water heater for coffee/tea;, forks/spoons, drinking glasses, coffee cups, & dinner plates.
There is also a common Toilet/Bath for everyone’s use.
Our area has plenty of space to park your vehicles & pitch in your own tents/camping gear.
For your entertainment, we have playing cards, Bingo game, Badminton, Soccer-ball, & Volleyball; or bring your own favorite games/toys for water activities.
Bring your own snorkeling gears, beach shoes/slippers, beach hats, towels, sunglasses, umbrellas, sunblock lotion, first-aid kits & toiletries.
Warning: Summer time is extremely hot during daytime. Drink lots of water & avoid too much sun exposure to prevent any heat injuries.
Bring your own food/ingredients for a more exciting & fun of cooking your favorite foods.
We are located at Sitio Agnaya, Barrio San Agustin, Iba Zambales. It is approximately 8.1 Km (15-20 mins drive) from Iba Town Center where the center of commerce in the area is located. It is approximately 2 hours drive from Olongapo City & six hours drive from Manila, depending on traffic & weather/road conditions.
Iba Town Center has many fast food places like McDonalds, Jolibee, Chow King, Greenwich & Shakey’s Pizza and local delicacies.
If you need anything, there’s 7-11 Convenient Store, SaveMore, Puregold Grocery Store, Mercury Drugstore, Watsons; a local wet public market, local fish/vegetable vendors, & local sari-sari stores. ATMs are also available -PNB, Metro-bank, BPI, etc...and remittance kiosks.
Pres. Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Hospital is also located in Iba Zambales for any emergency services.
There is no Internet/Wifi in our place.
Smart, Globe, & Sun has strong signals in our area.
Guest access
Our guests can request to reserve videoke machine for a nite of karaoke time (a local vendor rents out Karaoke equipments) & bonding; outdoor kitchen & BBQ grill; plenty of parking spaces; beachfront for swimming.
Swim at your own risk as there are no lifeguards in the area. Always think safety and do not engage in any water activities after dark & while drinking alcoholic beverages.
The ocean has a myriad of creatures & sometimes there are jellyfish & sea urchins in the area - please stay away from them as they can cause skin/health injuries.
Guests will also have access to an outdoor shower & toilet area.
Kalangga reef area is a 30 minute boat ride which can be arranged with a local banca operator for a fee.
Other things to note
We respect mother nature, so we ask you to do the same by collecting all your trash.
The Caretaker hut & Storage area are Off Limit to guests.
Videoke/Karaoke cut off time is 10 pm, strictly enforced by local Barangay Officers.
There are two (2) guard dogs in the area. Please DO NOT get close or pet these dogs to avoid injuries!
There are also stray cats & bull frogs that comes out at nite. Please do not touch or play with these animals.
Summertime also brings mosquitos, flies, & insects day & nite. Protect yourself with OFF insect lotion & wearing long sleeves to prevent bites.
