Please understand that simply inquiring or receiving an offer from us does NOT automatically confirm a reservation. This is precisely why we send out reservation formsβto determine exactly what you intend to book.
Yes, we are the ones who send you the quotation or computation, but that is based solely on the details you provide in the reservation form. If the information you submit is inaccurate or incomplete, the quotation will naturally reflect that. There is no point in filling out a reservation form if it is not going to be followed.
We always send a detailed quotation along with our payment policies before asking for any down payment. We strongly urge you to read and understand the details before making assumptions or raising complaints.
It is unfair to complain about unconfirmed reservations when no payment was made or when the package you are referring to was not even included in the quotation you received.
If no down payment has been made, or if the concern youβre raising was not part of the confirmed quotation, then please understand that no reservation was made on your behalf.
Our job is to provide accurate quotations based on the information you give usβbut it is not our responsibility if you choose not to read, understand or follow the instructions we send.
