The month-long vacation bible school in Dodiongan, Bonbonon, Iligan City has finally come to close.

May the message of love and salvation of Jesus will continue to grow in the hearts of these young learners.

Thank you Samaritan’s Purse and Operation Christmas Child for this initiative. A big thanks of course to the wonderful youth teachers: maam Yandee, Casey, and Clark, for their commitment to the cause; as well as to Metro Iligan Bible Baptist Church for the huge help in conducting the closing exercise.

Our appreciation also to Pastor Don Henderson of House to the Nations International for their continues support.

“Good daily brushing habit brings a wonderful smile, keeping your body healthy and happy all the while.”

Today, May 29, 2026, the young ones of Sitio Dodiongan, Brgy. Bonbonon, Iligan City were happy to have Doc Nikki of Natividad Obach Sanchez Dental Clinic who shared the importance of dental health and how to keep it in tiptop shape.

Thank you also Doc Nikki for the gifts and school supplies that these learners need for the upcoming school opening. Congratulations Doc and may the Lord bless you.

Our gratitude of course to Kapitan Randy Magno Nuena of Brgy. Bonbonon for his support and for gracing this outreach event despite the busy schedules.

We are very much thankful that we were able to resume our Operation Christmas Child sessions facilitated by the active youth members of Metro Iligan Bible Baptist Church.

Learning continues at Dodiongan, Bgy. Bonbonon despite the intense heat brought by the summer sun.

The sun was at its peak, at its brightest, and at its hottest, but even that couldn’t thwart the determination and commitment of these amazing young Sunday school teachers of Metro Iligan Bible Baptist Church…

It’s quite interesting to note that, according to their stories, Sir Clark (the dashing young man in black), Ma’am Casey (the lovely teacher-to-be in navy blue), and Ma’am Yandee (the pretty pharmacist in pink), were once children of Bible ministry. And now, they are the ones facilitating the services.

This is exactly what we hope to happen in our children ministry here in Dodiongan: that somehow, God’s words of love and salvation will grow in the hearts of these kids, and then someday soon, they will be the ones to spread to others.

Thank you for your efforts Maam Yandee, Casey, and Sir Clark. Ma’am Leviram Lacag Anallecram and Ma’am Angging, we’ll see you soon again!

April 11, 2026: Gift-giving event at Dodiongan, Brgy. Bonbonon, Iligan City, together with our partners in Operation Christmas Child (Samaritan’s Purse).

With grateful heart, we give thanks and praise to the Lord for these wonderful organizations who extended their help to the children of this remote part of Iligan City.

We pray that God’s message of salvation be planted in the hearts of these children.

Thank you very much as well to the amazing young people of Metro Iligan Bible Baptist Church headed by Pastor Jun and Ma’am Leviram Lacag Anallecram in the conduct of this activity.
