Following the recent earthquake, we would like to inform everyone that Bernwood Tower has been thoroughly inspected by the Office of the Building Official (OBO) and has been declared safe for occupancy. Rest assured, our valued guests and residents, your safety is our top priority. Please do not worry and continue to feel at home with us.

Let us also keep in our prayers those affected by the earthquake, and hope such an event will not happen again. 🙏🏻

As of October 2, 2025, Bernwood Tower has been officially declared Safe for Occupancy.

We are pleased to inform the public that Bernwood Tower has been officially declared Safe for Occupancy by the Office of the Building Official of Iloilo City.

This certification reaffirms that Bernwood Tower has fully complied with all structural, safety, and regulatory requirements mandated by the National Building Code and relevant local ordinances. The assessment conducted by the OBO confirms the structural integrity and overall safety of the building for its intended use.

Bernwood Tower remains committed to providing a safe, secure, and high quality living environment for all.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT

Following the recent earthquake, we’d like to assure everyone that Bernwood Tower is SAFE.

After the inspection of our Engineering Team this evening, only superficial cracks in the walls were found. The rest of the building is completely unaffected with no structural issue noted.

As a precaution, condominium residents were temporarily evacuated, but everyone was cleared to return to their units by around 11:45PM.

The safety of our residents is always our top priority, and we’ll further check the building to reassure its structural integrity.
