NOW HIRING: RESORT MANAGER/ SUPERVISOR
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Resort Manager/Supervisor who will oversee daily resort operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support smooth coordination across all departments. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and experienced in hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front office, resort staff, and guest services.
Ensure consistent implementation of company standards and safety protocols.
Handle guest concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities.
Support inventory control and daily reporting
Create and post social-media content to promote resort amenities, invite guest to swim, and increase guest engagement.
Respond to guest inquiries and messages on social-media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Create marketing promotions, seasonal offers, and customerβengagement activities.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years managerial or supervisory experience in a resort.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
Basic knowledge of social-media posting, customer messaging, and content creation is a plus.
