Extended hour rate/ Advance booking hour rate: Php 1,000.00 per hour (we only allow up to 3 hours extension/advance hours and are subject for availability). This is not allowed during PEAK MONTHS January to July.

Strictly no PETS allowed For your own safety: 1. Please read the rules of the resort. 2. Bring your own kitchen utensils and cooking materials. 3. Swim at your own risk we do not have life guard on duty. 4. The representative of your group will announce the rules to your group and sign the agreement for upon check in. 5. Videoke is turned off at 10PM in respect to our neighbors or until 11pm but at the lowest volume.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. RESERVATION FEE: Minimum 50% down-payment is required and must be deposited to our bank account to confirm your reservation. Reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON APPEARANCE on the schedule will be FORFEITED. Asking for discounts on the date of booking will NOT be entertained.

After payment, a scanned copy or a picture via cellphone of the deposit slip or any proof of payment must be emailed thru yahoo or fb with your name, final headcount and dates and time of arrival and the total amount or balance should pay 3 hours before depature. Facebook: Lopez Private Resort

We will then send you a receipt email or message thru facebook for confirmation. The remaining balance shall be paid in cash before check-in and other fees incurred (if any) before check out.

2. RE-BOOKING is applicable as long as the customer will notify us at least 2 Weeks prior to the initial reservation date. Standard Rate will apply. Initial Deposit will be forfeited if re-booking is made in less than 2 weeks of the initial reservation schedule.

3. Additional fee of per person will be charged to the customer in excess of the agreed quantity of guests. 4. EXTENSION of hours depends on the availability of the resort. Customer must inform the Resort Administrator at least 2 hours before the end time in order to confirm if the stay can be extended. Advance booking of hours is charged the same as extension of hours. But subject for availability

Terms and Conditions: 1. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. All payments are nonrefundable. We will not entertain asking for discounts on the day of booking. For some Special Events and Holidays, rates quoted may be above normal rates. 5. CATERING SERVICE. Caterers are not allowed to use the resort’s kitchen. 6. Bringing in appliances will be charged Php 150 per appliances. Resort’s Gasul for Php 250/session (22 Hours Session is charged P450). 7. Only the person(s) named on the reservation may check in on the time of session scheduled. You must present a valid identification card, and the bank deposit slip. 8. Strictly NO PETS ALLOWED. 9. Shooting of fireworks and carrying of fi****ms are prohibited. Turn off water faucets, lights, television, air-conditioner and any other electrical device after each use. We respect your privacy. 10. DAMAGES - Please report any accidental damages so that it can be corrected promptly. 11. During occupancy of the room and whilst on Resort premises the guest will not damage or remove any resort property, whether in the room or on any part of the premises. Any damage or removal will be paid for by the Guest and amounts to be paid shall at the sole discretion of the Resort Owner. 12. KEY. Please surrender your room key upon check out. 13. We reserve the right to decline rentals to guests if we feel that the conditions are not suitable. The resort is not liable for accidents due to recreational activities. 14. NON-SMOKING in all the resort premises. 15. TRASH Please dispose all trash in the trash bins. 16. QUIET TIME 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, please keep the noise down! Respect your neighbor’s right to sleep. Excessive noise during daytime hours is also prohibited-help us maintain the serenity and peacefulness of the area. Videoke is turned off at exactly 10PM. 17. All vehicles must be parked in the parking area. 18. Please do not tamper with the air conditioners. If you are having difficulty heating cooling your room, come ask for help! 19. Disorderly or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Continued disruptive behavior will result in removal from the resort by the resort’s staff or law enforcement personnel. 20. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY The customer is obliged to take good care of resort property and rented equipment and to protect them from damage, loss or theft. If any of the mentioned situations occur during your stay and/or the rental period, the customer will be charged at the moment for the full cost of repair materials and labor fees if equipment is repairable or the full cost of the damaged item(s). At the end of your rental period, our resort representative will determine the conditions of the rented materials. In case of loss or theft of the equipments, components or any other accessories, the resort will charge the customer the full cost of the missing item(s) at market price. All facilities are used at your own risk. The equipment, apparatus and facilities are furnished solely for the convenience of registered guests and all persons using the same do so at their risk. The resort will not be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property by theft, wind or act of nature. Lopez Resort is not liable for bodily injury or even deaths as a result of but not limited to: accidents caused by equipments with or without staff supervision; physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; forces of nature; lack of or limited access to medical attention in remote locations; travel by auto, boat, tricycle or other conveyance; consumption of alcoholic beverages; breakdown of equipment; and the adequacy of medical attention once provided. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY POLICIES, RULES AND GUIDELINE MAY RESULT IN YOUR LEAVING THE RESORT WITH NO REFUND AND FUTURE RESERVATIONS BEING CANCELLED

Swimming Pool Rules: 1 All bathers, before entering the swimming pool, shall be required to take a cleansing shower bath. 2. Wear proper swimming attire. Wear bathing suit two-piece or one-piece for female, fitted swimming trunks for male the fabrics must be SPANDEX-NYLON OR LYCRA, wear only white shirts and gartered shorts with no zipper, strictly no wearing of colored shirts and maong fabrics. 3. Persons having or reasonable suspected to have any open cuts or known or recognizable contagious or communicable diseases shall not allowed to enter pool water area. 4. Spitting, urinating, defecating, blowing of the nose, spouting of water or deposit foreign matter in a pool shall be strictly prohibited 5. Bottles, crockery, glassware or other hazardous objects shall not be permitted within the pool area, cave area, or in the swimming pool area. 6. No children in the pool without adult supervision. 7. No person shall bring or throw in to the pool, or it’s floors, walkways, aisle, or in dressing rooms or shower rooms any object that may carry contamination or endanger the safety of any bather. 8. Running and rough play is not permitted in the pool area. 9. Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall be prohibited from entering the pool. 10. Candy, food or beverages are not allowed except in designated areas provided for eating and drinking. Glass items, chewing gum or smoking is not permitted in and around the pool area. 11. Use of pools shall be prohibited during severe weather conditions. 12. No diving is permitted off the deck and into the swimming pools. 13. Bathers are not allowed to go at the top of the cave.
