• One (1) tent for pitching is allowed free of charge for every KUBO guest
Extra Hour Charge:
• ₱250.00 per hour

FOR TENT PITCHING:
*We only allow tent pitching if you avail of one of our cottages, and each cottage comes with one free tent setup at no extra charge. However, if you bring more than one tent, there will be an additional charge of 200 pesos per extra tent.

Sorry but, under ongoing construction, so they are not yet available. Estimated completion will be within 1 to 2 months. We hope to accommodate you soon. Thank you for your patience.

*Please note that the down payment/reservation fee is strictly non-refundable. However, you
may rebook your schedule if needed.
GENERAL RULES:
• All vacationers/visitors must register upon arrival.
• Please respect fellow vacationers/visitors, staff, and the environment.
• Follow all posted signs and staff instructions at all times.
• Beach swimming is allowed only until 6:00 PM.
• Swim at your own risk.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
*A ₱500 security deposit is required upon check-in
*This deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided there are no damages or violations *Vacationer/visitor who comply with all rules and leave the area clean will receive a ₱100 reward, for a total of ₱600 returned upon check-out.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Possession or use of illegal substances
• Any unlawful activities
• Fi****ms, explosives, or dangerous weapons
• Vandalism and property damage
Any violation will be subject to appropriate action and reported to the proper authorities.
NOISE POLICY
*Keep noise low during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM), No Karaoke/Videoke singing beyond this hour
*Loud music/parties require management approval
NOTE:
*For your safety and convenience, please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. Management will not be responsible for lost items left unattended.
