About AC Transient House/Room rentals
AC's Transient House offers spacious and affordable accommodation in Infanta, Quezon, perfect for large groups and families. Our house comfortably sleeps 20-25 people and boasts ample parking space and a large rooftop, making it ideal for reunions, retreats, or group vacations. The house is designed for comfort and convenience, with separate areas for socializing and relaxing. We're conveniently located, although specific details about proximity to attractions would need to be added here.
~HOUSE LAYOUT~
📌Ground Floor
The ground floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals. A spacious sala (living room) provides a comfortable area for relaxation and socializing. A convenient water pump is situated just outside the main entrance for added convenience. The first bathroom is also located on this floor.
📌 Second Floor
The second floor houses three bedrooms:
✨ Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1) ✨
This is the largest bedroom, featuring two beds, two additional floor mattresses (foam), and air conditioning.
✨ Bedroom 2 ✨
This bedroom has one bed and an electric fan, along with a private balcony offering scenic views.
✨ Bedroom 3 ✨
This bedroom features one bed and an electric fan.
✨ Rooftop ✨
A large rooftop is available for guests to enjoy.

To ensure transparency and fair pricing, please note the following additional fees:
Mineral Water: Guests are responsible for purchasing their own drinking water. While we provide water facilities, we do not supply bottled water.
- Cooking Gas: A flat fee will be charged for cooking, gas usage during your stay. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen's gas stove. The fee will be clearly stated upon booking.
- Refrigerator Use: The refrigerator is available for guest use, a small fee will apply to cover electricity consumption.
