One man's dream can be made into reality with the support of friends and family. The trees that have grown within Hacienda Gervasio and the surrounding hills may be lush and thriving; but it won't last forever without the help of the community.
The increased demand on lumber for construction due to continuous business and residential interests are threatening these trees. And when your neighbors or the community itself are out targeting these forests for money because of this demand, we will need more help. We require increased awareness, funding and the LGU's political will for protection, further growth and sustainability.
