ROOM ACCOMMODATION POLICY

To maintain order, security, and service, all guests are required to strictly comply with the following policies:

Minimum Stay Policy
Rician Resort primarily operates on an overnight accommodation basis. Short-time or hourly stays are not encouraged.

Check-In and Check-Out Schedule
Guests must strictly follow the assigned schedules:

Day Use (8 Hours): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM only

Overnight Stay Options:
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 2:00 PM – 12:00 NN

Extensions beyond the allowed time will incur corresponding charges.

📢 Important Notice to Our Valued Guests

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we would like to remind everyone that each room has a maximum number of occupants.

Due to several instances where the number of guests exceeded the allowed limit, we will now automatically apply an additional charge for extra beds or extra persons beyond the room capacity.

This policy helps us maintain room quality, cleanliness, and a comfortable stay for everyone.
