Please be informed that Cathedral Falls Waterworld will be CLOSED on Monday, September 28, 2026, as we will be observing our “Comprehensive Care Day.”

This temporary closure is part of our commitment to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, facilities, and overall quality of your experience at Cathedral Falls Waterworld. Our team will be conducting comprehensive cleaning, maintenance, and facility care throughout the resort.

We are aware of the video currently circulating on social media depicting an individual pretending to urinate in our wave pool.

Although no actual contamination occurred, this behavior is unacceptable and contrary to the values of our resort. Staging such acts for online content misleads the public and unfairly compromises guest confidence in our standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

Our management remains fully dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and family-friendly environment. We expect all guests and content creators to act responsibly and respect our facilities, staff, and fellow visitors. We will take appropriate action against any behavior or content created on our premises that disrespects our property or damages our reputation.
