For the safety of our guests, Alaya will be temporarily closed for the next several weeks.

Due to the recent prolonged heavy rains affecting the area, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause operations while we carefully assess not only the property, but also the surrounding environment, access roads, and overall conditions before welcoming guests back. We will also be taking this opportunity to carry out precautionary inspections and routine maintenance. While this was not an easy decision, we believe it's the most responsible choice, as the safety, comfort, and experience of our guests will always come first.

We understand that this may affect some upcoming reservations. Our team has begun reaching out to all affected guests individually to arrange full refunds or assist with rescheduling once we reopen. Guests whose bookings are affected by this temporary closure will be given priority and will be the first to be informed when reservations become available again.

We know many of you have been looking forward to your stay, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this time.

To all our valued guests, we are truly grateful for the trust you place in us and are always delighted to see how excited many of you are before your stay. Knowing that you look forward to your visit means a great deal to our team, and we are committed to making your experience as relaxing and memorable as possible.

As an exclusive-use mountain retreat, one of our highest priorities is ensuring the privacy, comfort, and peaceful experience of every guest. With this in mind, we kindly ask everyone to observe our standard Check-in time of 3:00 PM and Check-out time of 12:00 PM, unless an early check-in or late check-out has been confirmed by our team in advance.

We respectfully request that guests refrain from arriving at the property before their scheduled check-in time, as there may still be another group enjoying the resort. Respecting these times allows us to protect the privacy of our current guests while also giving our team sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property for your arrival.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, patience, and cooperation. By observing these guidelines, you help us preserve the exclusive, peaceful, and private atmosphere that makes Alaya a special place for all our guests.
