🔵 SOCCSKSARGEN Region (Region XII) recorded ₱11.54 billion in approved investments in 2025, making it the second-highest recipient of investment commitments in Mindanao, according to data from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

The region trailed Northern Mindanao (Region X), which topped the list with ₱18.65 billion in approved investments.
Davao Region (Region XI) ranked third with ₱9.75 billion.

Approved investments refer to investment commitments and pledges by Filipino and foreign nationals that were approved by various Investment Promotion Agencies.

Other Mindanao regions in the ranking include the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) with ₱5.06 billion, Caraga (Region XIII) with ₱3.20 billion, and Zamboanga Peninsula (Region IX) with ₱0.88 billion.

🔵 Robinsons Supermarket is set to open a new branch in Koronadal City, marking its continued expansion in the province.

The supermarket chain is included in the city's list of the new and upcoming investors, reflecting growing business confidence in the local economy.

🔵 Llaollao, pronounced (yao-yao), has opened its first branch in the region at KCC Mall of Marbel, bringing its popular frozen yogurt closer to local fans.

The brand is also set to open a new store at the upper ground level of KCC Mall of GenSan, near the J. Catolico entrance, though opening details have yet to be announced.
