Moon Palace Resort-Main has Pool (public pool). It is Not in Beach Front, and No Beach View, but with access to the beach, you can take 5-7mins walk to the Beach.

📌 HOUSE RULES,TERMS AND CONDITION—MUST READ.‼️

1. CHECK IN/OUT, BOOKING, BILLING AND CANCELLATION.
1.1 Check-in time : 3:00PM/ Check-out time: 1:00 PM —Check-in time for overnight is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 1:00 PM noon the following day. There will be no adjustment in check out time if the guest checks in later than 3 p.m. We wont allow late check outs on holyweek and Holidays. Guests who come in earlier than the designated check-in should rent a cottage/nipahut while waiting. Take note that Nipahut is limited.

1.2 Terms of payment & Booking Policy —fifty percent (50%) downpayment is required to confirm a reservation. It should be given from the day a guest reserve for a specific date/s. Payment can be done by direct deposit to Moon Palace Owner Gcash/Maya/Gotyme Bank Account . Then,send a copy of validated deposit slip for confirmation . Booking confirmation email will be sent to your email address after confirming a reservation .

1.3 BALANCE AMOUNT MUST BE PAID ON OR BEFORE CHECK IN . Please note that balance must be paid before guest checks in. Checks and Credits Card are not accepted for payments. If you are schedule for late check in, please pay your Balance tru our online bank/gcash before 5PM as assurance that you are surely come. If you do not transfer your balance before 5PM, your booking maybe transferred to other Visitor and your deposit will be forfeited.

1.4 Cancellation Policies:

1.4.1 NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE CANCELLED BOOKING AT ALL . However, a re-scheduling or rebooking may, and it may apply if you advice/inform us 2days before the date of your arrival, at the sole discretion of the staycation owner shall be considered but subject to availability. We will not allow Rebooking for the Guest who cancelled their Reservation on the spot, and your deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE and will be Forfeited. (Under the I.R.R. Of R.A. Consumer Act of the Philippines, a change of mind on your part does NOT entitle you to Refund or Exchange)

2. OCCUPANCY
2.1 Room capacity shall be STRICTLY OBSERVED .

3. PARKING
3.1 Parking is provided for guests that are actually staying overnight. STRICTLY 1PARKING SPACE FOR 1ROOM.

4. SWIMMING
4.1 Night swimming on the beach is prohibited ,swimming starts 6am until 6pm. POOL hour: 8AM-6PM
4.2 For your safety, DO NOT SWIM if you're under the influence of liquor.

By booking at Moon Palace Resort Main ,the guest is deemed to have read ,understood ,and accepted the aforesaid House rules, Terms & Condition.
