The 10th Cebu Lechon Festival officially opened at Mactan Alfresco, marking another milestone in celebrating Cebu's rich culinary heritage and vibrant local culture.
The ceremonial opening was graced by Jennifer Ann Fong, First Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Megaworld Visayas; Mr. Harold Geronimo, First Vice President of Corporate Communications and Media Affairs; Hon. Cindi King Chan, Mayor of Lapu-Lapu City; Ms. Marilou Kiunisala, General Manager of the Commercial Division; Brgy. Captain Efren Aying of Barangay Mactan; Ms. Louella Silawan, Division Head of Sales and Marketing; and Ms. Eliberty Barbo, Sales Director.
This year's festival brings together participating municipalities from across Cebu, including Barili, Carmen, Argao, Liloan, Lapu-Lapu City, Dumanjug, Samboan, Consolacion, Alcoy, and Carcar, each showcasing their renowned lechon and unique culinary traditions.
Hosted at Mactan Alfresco, the festival serves as a platform to promote Cebu's world-famous lechon, support local communities and producers, and celebrate the province's rich gastronomic and cultural heritage.
