2️⃣ Present your valid ID and booking confirmation to the guard or reception.
3️⃣ The caretaker/host will assist you with key handover and unit access.
4️⃣ Please handle the key with care. Lost keys are subject to a replacement fee.

Before leaving, kindly make sure to:
✅ Turn off all lights and air conditioning units.
✅ Unplug all electrical appliances (kettle, rice cooker, chargers, etc.).
✅ Close all faucets tightly to prevent water leaks.
✅ Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked.
✅ Dispose of trash properly in the designated bins.
✅ Return the key to the caretaker or as instructed.
