📋 Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender (minimum 1 year preferred)
Knowledge of classic cocktails and basic mixology
Friendly and professional attitude
Good communication skills (English required)
Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a positive personality
Good hygiene and professional appearance

Our first cooking seminar took place yesterday!
We had the pleasure of hosting two lovely French ladies in our kitchen.

Meg, our talented Singaporean chef, taught them how to cook chicken adobo, one of the Philippines’ most iconic dishes, followed by a delicious banana dessert.

A fun, tasty, and memorable experience for everyone — and the first of many more to come!

Tough Times for Tourism and Local Businesses

The ongoing permanent brownouts and constant negative media coverage are starting to take a real toll. More and more tourists are asking whether we have a generator as backup — a question that highlights growing concern and hesitation about visiting.

As a business owner in the hospitality sector, I can say this is becoming a very difficult time. If the situation continues, many of us may be forced to scale down — and that could mean lost jobs for many hardworking locals who rely on tourism to support their families.

We truly hope for some stability soon — not just for us, but for everyone here who works so hard to welcome guests with warmth and care.
