At Evenfall Staycation, our goal is to give you a relaxing, cozy, and memorable stay—the kind of staycation you truly deserve. To continue maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for space for everyone, we’re introducing a Security Deposit & Care Policy, effective January 26, 2026.

📌 Important Booking Update

Starting January 26, 2026, we will no longer accept bookings via calls or text messages. 📵
All reservations must now be made exclusively through our page. 📲
This helps us ensure your booking is secure and well-documented, so your stay goes smoothly! ✨

A little care during your stay helps us keep Evenfall beautiful and welcoming for all our guests. 🧹🌿

🏡 Rates & Security Deposit
• Airbnb stay rate: ₱10,000 💵
(Separate from the security deposit; will not be deducted from it)
• Security deposit for damage policy: ₱2,000 💰
This deposit covers any damages, loss, or destruction during your stay and is fully refundable after check-out once a full inspection is completed ✅

🔍 Damage & Replacement Policy

If items are damaged, heavily stained, broken, or missing, charges will be deducted from the security deposit:
• Towel (any kind) 🛁: ₱100
• Cleaning rag/cloth 🧽: ₱100
• Bed items (sheets, pillowcases, etc.) 🛏️: ₱300
• Kitchenware (spoon, fork, plate, glass, knife) 🍴🔪: ₱150 per item
• Chair 🪑: ₱350

⚠️ Note on “destruction”:
An item is considered destroyed if it is used for:
• Vomiting on it ⚠️
• Cleaning the floor or surfaces with it 🧹
• Leaving heavy residue, dirt, or stains that cannot be removed

If an item is lost or missing and not listed above, the charge will be based on the actual replacement cost 💸

Normal wear and tear is completely understandable and will not be charged 🌸
