Ayon sa PAGASA, ang tropical depression sa silangan ng Mindanao ay posibleng maging Super Typhoon “Uwan” pagpasok nito sa Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) sa Biyernes ng gabi o Sabado ng umaga.

⚠️ BABALA:
Maaaring tumama sa Northern o Central Luzon sa Lunes (Nobyembre 10), ngunit inaasahang mararamdaman na ng BICOL REGION ang epekto ng malalakas na ulan at hangin pagsapit ng Linggo (Nobyembre 9).

Lokasyon (11AM): 1,835 km silangan ng Northeastern Mindanao
Lakas ng hangin: 55 km/h, bugso hanggang 70 km/h
Galaw: Silangan, 10 km/h

Ayon sa PAGASA “May posibilidad itong maging Super Typhoon at tumama sa Luzon sa kasagsagan ng lakas nito.”
