Located in a peaceful subdivision, our house is on a ridge above the bay with fantastic views. We have 4 guest rooms on the 2nd floor and a penthouse on the 3rd floor which can also be rented if

the group does not mind sleeping on mattresses on the floor. The 2nd floor and the penthouse can accommodate up to 10 guests each. The penthouse is also equipped for meetings and/or trainings for small group of up to 20 participants.

🎉 Guess who just joined the Agoda bandwagon? We did! 🎉

After 11 wonderful years with Airbnb, we decided it was time to try something new and list Bayview on Agoda too—especially since Agoda has been one of our go-to platforms during our own travels. ✈️🏡

And guess what? Within just two days of going live, we received our very first Agoda booking! 🥳🎊 To make it even sweeter, our very first guests were such a thoughtful family—they arrived with sweets and goodies for us! What an exciting start!

Our recent guests from Canada left us the sweetest handwritten note, kind words, and even a generous tip for our staff. These little gestures of appreciation mean so much to the whole Bayview team.

And of course, they reminded us of one very important thing: a good cup of tea needs milk! And my Briton husband agrees! ☕️😂

🌿 Looking for a Gardener/Landscaper 🌿

We’re looking for someone to help transform our garden at Bayview. This is a one-time project involving clearing, pruning, weeding, relocating some plants, planning the garden layout, installing a walkway and lights, and adding a tiled seat to our kubo.

We’re working on a limited budget, so we unfortunately can’t afford the rates of larger landscaping companies.

📍 Applicants should be from Legazpi City or the surrounding towns only.

If you do quality work, there may be future projects and collaborations. Please send me a message if you’re interested or know someone who might be a good fit.
