We have recently become aware of individuals attempting to scam guests by pretending to represent our properties and offering fake reservations through unofficial channels.

This advisory applies to all Tirta Properties destinations:

🏝️ Tirta Shores – Lian, Batangas
🏡 Tirta Cottages – Calatagan, Batangas

For your protection, please take note of the following:

⚠️ Neither Tirta Shores nor Tirta Cottages is currently accepting reservations through Booking.com.

If you come across a Booking.com listing or receive a reservation claiming to represent our properties, please verify it with us first before making any payment.

Official Payment Policy

💳 We will ONLY accept payments made to bank accounts under our registered company name:

TIRTA PROPERTIES CORP.

❌ We will NEVER ask you to send payments to:

• Any account not registered under TIRTA PROPERTIES CORP.
