📶 24 Hours of Internet… in 24 Days? Seriously, PLDT? 🤡
After being completely offline for almost the entire month of April, our connection finally came back yesterday. We honestly thought the problem was over.
But today? No internet again.
One day of service doesn’t make up for three weeks of downtime. At this point, the pattern is clear:
🔌 “Hugot-dugtong” system?
It feels like connections are being swapped around just to “fix” others. If capacity is already full, why keep accepting new subscribers? 🛑
💸 Questionable technician practices
A technician previously claimed there was “no ticket” (even though there was) and charged ₱300 for a “reconnection.” Paying extra just to get barely a day of service is not acceptable.
We are not paying for trial internet or on-and-off connection. We are paying for a reliable service that should be delivered consistently.
📢 Anyone else experiencing this in the area?
This needs to be addressed. This is not okay. 🤬
