Playa Matteo is a family beach house located in Lumaniag, Lian, Batangas. It has an outdoor whirlpool bath pool and a beach access - only a few steps to the beach.
It can host a small group of families and friends (25 maximum) for a perfect weekend get-away, get together or beach outing, just an hour away from Twinlakes Tagaytay.
Enjoy swimming, playing, or just running on the beach. Or you can charter a 5 minute boat ride for a great swim in the clean waters of Matuod Beach.
ACCOMMODATION for 24 pax (maximum), including kids 3 years old and above, driver and househelp
-3 full A/C rooms good for 8 pax max each (bunk beds)
-Beds with mattresses
-Blankets and pillows
BATHROOM in each room
-Standard shower, toilet with bidet, sink and mirror, toilet paper
-bath towels and toiletries are not provided for hygiene purposes, however, new and unused towels are available for sale at Php250 each.
KITCHEN
with UTENSIL (2 frying pans, 2 stock pot, 1 tong, 1 solid
turner, 1 laddle, 2 kitchen knives)
