**Other things to Note
1. For safety reasons gates will be closed at 11 PM. Please advise if you need to arrive early or late.
2. No complimentary breakfast.
3. Food can be ordered upon request (2-3 days in advance) We also offer “Paluto” Service. Your ingredients, we cook!
4. Guest must provide valid id's.
5. A minimum of Php 500 per room per night for incidental deposit upon check in and will be full refunded upon check out after inspection. CASH basis only.
6. Mode of payment: Online bank transfer, bank deposit or Cash basis only
7. Environmental / Ecological fee: Php 25/head payable to Brgy. Matabungkay toll gate as per local ordinance
8. You may bring your own food and drinks. No corkage fee. No refrigerator inside the room
9. Standard Check in time: 2pm-12nn | 3pm-1pm (22hrs)
Flexible check in time depends on the availability of the room especially during peak season. Subject for approval.
10. Limited Guest kits provided. Please bring towels for hygienic safety purposes.
11. We have limited number of kitchen utensils. You may bring disposables for extra use. Free use of cooking utensils.
12. Gasul use Php 300 (unli use) but you can bring your own portable. (Minimum fee for 10 guests) Cooking inside the room is prohibited. If you want to cook or grill, please inform our friendly staff. There is a designated area (Common area-Shared) for cooking with extra charged (gasul use) Griller is free of use.
13. Pool use schedule: 8:00am - 9:00pm only.
14.Wear proper swimming attire in the pool. No colored shirts, cotton or denim shorts / pants or shorts with buttons or zipper
15. Your health is important to us. Guest must provide a copy of the health certificate upon check in as per local ordinance. Vaccination card is acceptable.
16. Fill out the forms and Read terms and conditions of the villa upon arrival. Guests tagging.
17. Wear mask at all times especially in common areas.
18. For Guests with pets, please be responsible owners, We allow you to bring your pets, hence, be responsible of their clutter and wastes. Pets must wear diaper at all times. Please bring leash, own mat or cage. NO DIAPER, NO CAGE, NO LEASH , NO ENTRY. Pets are not allowed in the pool area in courtesy of other guests and sanitation. A security deposit will be charged accordingly. Refundable upon check out. Additional fee: Php 500 per pet (only small pets are allowed)
19. Reservation fee: atleast 50% downpayment. Booking Confirmation details will be sent shortly via Email upon payment verification by the account holder.
20.This is not a hotel room but our home and you are our guests. The care and respect you extend to it will be greatly appreciated. Please leave the unit reasonably clean and in their proper places.
21. FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES �
22. Outside visitors are not allowed. Only check in guests and employees at the villa are allowed to stay in the premises. Total number of occupants must not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
23. Unacceptable behaviour and loud noises is not permitted inside the premises. Please take precautions when drinking alcohol. The management shall not be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances and accidents due to not abiding and practicing the rules and regulations and improper conduct of the guests.
24. AVOID loud parties from 10pm to 8am in respect with other check in guests and residential nearby.
25. Guest representative must orient his/her group prior to check in date to avoid any issues during stay. Guest representative shall be liable and accountable in any issues and circumstances of his/her group.
