JELMAR’S RESORT POLICY
* Pet’s are allowed inside the resort but please be responsible for their mess.
* Beverages are allowed inside the resort but we sell some in our sari-sari store.
* Renting our kitchen utensils will charge 50-100 pesos per group.
*Please ! All borrowed things should be return in the kitchen or in our store.

* We only have two page for you to contact ,inquire or make a reservation Jelmars Resort and Jelmars Islet Resort other than that we are not responsible for any lapses.
* Person/Group that reserves first with downpayment is our priority.
* We will require a reservation fee to be deposited in our Gcash account which we will furnish you. All deposited are deductible from the final bill which must be settled upon check- out.
* Please make sure to indicate your Full name and when in the deposit receipt prior to faking us a copy. It is best to inform us via phone call or message us on our page.
* To avoid complications, your deposit will be confirmed by our staff or the one who manage our page.
* Please be reminded about double booking, only one person should contact us for reservation to avoid conflict. If you already contact us in our page then you call us in our cellphone number please inform us. Same with, when you already assisted by someone via phone call please inform us.
POLICY ON CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
* In case of cancellation of reservation due to inclement of weather reason, deposited paid shall not be refundable. Guest may postpone and re-schedule bookings. Re-scheduling of accommodation are subject to availability of our facilities.
* In case of re-scheduling for reason other than due to inclement of weather please inform us 5 days prior to booking date. Request for re-scheduling are subject to availability of rooms and should made within 15 days from the postponement, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
* Guest with reservation agreement for specific date&facilities who will cancel or postpone their booking on the same day they booked will not be refunded.
