HOUSE RULES
The Matteo’s Den Beach House is made available to families who want to enjoy the beach at the convenience and privacy of a home and quiet enjoyment. For your safety and comfort, as well as that of your fellow guests, please read the following Rules and comply with them throughout your stay. The general principles, rules and responsibilities regarding the COVID 19-related health and saf
ety measures must be followed; otherwise the offender will no longer be accepted.
1. Recreational drugs are strictly prohibited same with illegal activities.
2. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows whenever you leave the house. Care shall be taken to respect the facilities. In particular, furniture shall not be moved to other location and nothing may be fixed to furniture or walls. After use of other amenities, please return it to where it belongs.
3. Feel free to use the kitchen to prepare your own food but please clean up after yourself. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
4. No pets allowed inside the bedroom. Pets must be provided with diapers at all times so it will not litter within the area.
5. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask our permission first.
6. Please moderate your noise after 10pm., be particularly considerate and refrain from any conduct that could disturb others in the vicinity.
7. Parties or gatherings of more than 10 people are permitted provided that they do not disrupt the environment of other homestay/resort guests.
8. Food must be consumed only in common areas and food waste must be properly disposed of. The LGU is very strict with waste segregation so please segregate wastes accordingly; BIODEGRADABLE, NON-BIODEGRADABLE, & HAZARDOUS)
9. Guests are expected to keep their rooms and the common areas clean and tidy at all times.
10. Proper care should be taken of personal valuables. The Matteo’s Den Beach House is not responsible in the event of their theft, loss or damage. Lost and Found items will be kept by the Management for 3 months. They can be retrieved anytime by contacting RIZA-09318948785or09685987682/MARICEL-09158176684. The claimant must specifically describe the lost item or may show any proof of ownership. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately. The Matteo’s Den Beach House reserves the right to charge guests additional cleaning or damage fees, or to remove guests without refund, should they fail to comply with the above mentioned rules. CHILD PROTECTION POLICY
Matteo’s Den Beach House does not tolerate the exploitation and
abuse of children including child prostitution.
1. Matteo’s Den Beach House will not provide or assist in the provision of any service which to our knowledge is to be used for the sexual exploitation and abuse of children.
2. All staff of Matteo’s Den Beach House will receive training so they can respond appropriately when they observe suspicious behaviour.
3. All staff is encouraged to speak up and make a report to management when they observe situations where children are at risk.
4. Management will act on all reports and advise the police.
