ide immediate shade near the beach. We also found sufficient source of fresh water (from “burabod”). Tents are available for camping (or “glamping”). But, for the time being, visitors will need to prepare their meals (or we can help make delivery arrangements with one of the nearby restaurants). The lush vegetation includes fruit-bearing trees (guyabano, langka, mangga, avocado, rambutan, durian, sinegwelas, etc.), hardwood (mahogany, narra, narra [amurawun], acacia, etc.), and flowering trees (jacaranda, fire tree, amherstia [we are still waiting for their flowers to bloom]. Of course, there is an interesting variety of ornamental plants already starting to bloom. Forest Bay’s plant collection will continue to grow and provide shade and color to its visitors. While we open the resort for public use, this family resort of a blend between a forest garden and a clean seaside resort will continue to develop in the coming days. _

*Secure Parking Space (one to two cars in front of cabanas for stay-in)

Policies
*Forest Bay also operates similarly to an “Airbnb” arrangement where guests are practically in charge of their stay.
*Forest Bay promotes environmental sustainability, while we have caretakers to ensure the cleanliness of the resort, we appreciate it when you dispose of your garbage properly. We also segregate trash and practice composting.
*As of now, we do not have a generator. Hence, on rare occasions, heads up on possible brownouts. Water is sufficient (we have 1,500 gallon-water tank).
*Forest Bay is a safe place, but children must always be accompanied by adults during swimming activities or in roaming the lagwerta. We ensure that trees are trimmed, but still, be mindful of dry branches. Do not park cars under coconut trees.
*Also, secure your valuables (better yet, leave them at home, just bring the bare essentials for fun and relaxation). Keep cabanas locked when frolicking elsewhere.
*For the best beach experience, barefooted walking and swimming will do, but it will be good to wear swimming shoes when exploring corals and rocky portions of the seashore.
*Kindly bring your utensils and drinking water.
*We allow “videokes” until 10:00 pm (we regulate to maintain the restful atmosphere of ForestBay)
*Though we are pet friendly, we only allow dogs, cats, and birds (vaccinated, keep pets on leash for the safety of other guests, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning after their pets and ensuring proper waste disposal)
*For overnight stay: typical check-in by 2:00 pm and check-out at noon the next day. Other arrangements can be organized.
