Tagpupuran Blue Waters Resort is located at the coastal line of the Pacific Ocean. It is few minutes ride from Mangagoy, Bislig City, taking the national highway to the Municipality of Lingig, Surigao del Sur. Turn left at crossing Sitio Mahogany, Tagpupuran, and take an 8 kilometer-barangay road till you reached Poblacion Tagpupuran, where you can park your vehicle. Then walk around 200 meters do

wn the hill to the beach. It is accessible by four-wheeled vehicles, or you can take a Habal-habal ride from the terminal at the public market of Mangagoy. Your ride to the place adds up to your adventure with a bit of rough-bumpy road, a “once upon a time” logging road during the good old days of PICOP. Thus, you can still see second growth forest with natural grown trees like Lauan, Toog, Yakal, Narra, etc. Quite a number have gone to the place and everyone says they are going back, and they did because they love and like the place. Please be informed that effective on May 16, 2026, or after fourteen (14) years of service, the resort will be implementing for the first time price increase of our entrance, cottage, and room rates due to rising maintenance costs.

We are also happy to inform you that the road to the resort from the Highway is now fully concreted.
