πŸ‚ **AUTUMN FATIGUE ISN’T ALWAYS ABOUT LACK OF SLEEP.**

Feeling more tired than usual?
Finding it harder to concentrate?
Reaching for that extra cup of coffee just to get through the afternoon? β˜•πŸ˜΄

You may be tempted to blame it on the season.

But autumn brings more changes than cooler temperatures and shorter days. Less daylight, changes in our daily rhythm, sleep patterns, activity levels, nutrition and hydration can all influence how we feel.

Before adding another coffee to your day, take a look at the basics:

β˜€οΈ **Get morning daylight** β€” step outside early in the day whenever you can.

πŸ₯š **Start with a nourishing meal** β€” especially one that provides enough protein to support steady energy.

πŸ’§ **Stay hydrated** β€” we often drink less when the weather gets cooler simply because we don't feel as thirsty.

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ **Keep moving** β€” shorter days are not a reason to become completely sedentary.

😴 **Protect your sleep rhythm** β€” consistency matters, not just the number of hours you spend in bed.

And here is the part we don't want you to overlook:

**Persistent fatigue shouldn't automatically be dismissed as β€œjust autumn.”**

If your energy has noticeably changed and the feeling doesn't go away, it may be worth looking beyond the obvious.

Sometimes fatigue isn't something you simply need to push through.

**It may be a signal worth listening to.** πŸ‚

🌼🐝 LET DANDELIONS BLOOM, LET BEES THRIVE! 🐝🌼
Please don’t spray or pull spring dandelionsβ€”they are an important early food source for bees. πŸ’›
🌱 A simple dandelion can provide vital nourishment when few flowers are available.
🐝 Protecting these little blooms means giving bees a better start to the season.

It was a free English class for farmers' kids, run by a foundation in Bulacan, in the foothills of the Sierra Madre.

His name is Romnick Blanco, seventh of nine boys in a farming family, and GreenEarth Heritage Foundation started sponsoring him in 2011, when he was 12.

The foundation says the class was two hours' walk each way, across rivers with no bridge.

What gets me is the Saturdays: nobody promised him a scholarship for showing up, and he kept going anyway.

He became the top English student among the farmers' kids there, and the foundation helped him compete for a five-year scholarship to an international school in Manila.

He won it in 2012, and the couple who started the foundation took him into their Manila home so he could go.

In 2017, Harvard accepted him on a full scholarship, one of four full rides he was offered.

"What happened to me was nothing short of a miracle," he said that year.

That's where most versions of this story stop.

But he took a gap year, started in 2018, and graduated in 2023 with a history degree.

Now the foundation that found him at 12 hopes to build a library in the forest for families in the countryside, and it points to his story to show why. It isn't built yet.

He had to walk two hours to learn. The plan is to put the books in those same mountains, for the kids who come after him.
