We would like to inform you of an important update to our resort policies, which aims to maintain the quality, safety, and comfort of our facilities for everyone’s enjoyment.

All guests will be required to provide a refundable security deposit of ₱2,000 upon check-in. This deposit serves as a safeguard for any potential damages, losses, or violations of resort rules that may occur during your stay.

Please take note of the following details:

The ₱2,000 security deposit must be paid in cash upon check-in.
The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, after a brief inspection of the accommodation and amenities used.
Any damages, missing items, or breaches of resort policies may result in partial or full deduction from the deposit.
If no issues are found, the amount will be returned in full without delay.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this new policy. This measure is part of our ongoing efforts to provide all guests with a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.
