💚We have just concluded our 2-day yoga & wellness retreat! 🙏 Thankful to the universe who let us enjoy without rain pouring on us at anytime of the 2 days despite bad weather around Bohol. 🍃 Thankful for the sun for letting us enjoy its warm hugs. Thankful to the staff for supporting us and feeding us with nutritious and organic food. Thankful to our partners: Teacher Willgie, and Jhun and Jane of Bohol Meditation and Yoga Center for always supporting us with all their love, talents, values, and might 🙏 And to our team's new addition, Diane and her Duyog Wellness Sound practice (along with her partner Leah) for blessing us with enchanted vibrations and sounds blending with the nature sounds around the property.

But lastly, thank you to all new friends (Jacq, Twin, Maddy, Jen, Jason, Maimai, Kristel, Joanne, Claire, Gia, and Mika) who joined us and opened up themselves to the wonderful experience we all shared last weekend. 💚

🍃 A quiet morning. A gentle walk. A beautiful reminder.

As we look back on our last Yoga Weekend, we remember those peaceful sunrise walks while the world was still asleep. With grateful hearts, we remember our dear friend Alieth, walking beside us, laughing, smiling, and taking in the breathtaking beauty of the hills. 💚

We miss her deeply, but more than anything, we choose to carry forward what she shared so effortlessly—her vibrant spirit, her positivity, her kindness, and the way she truly embraced each moment.
