⚠️ PUBLIC AWARENESS NOTICE

We are posting this to raise awareness regarding an unsettled payment from a recent guest.

Prior to check out, the guest presented a screenshot showing that payment had supposedly been made. However, upon verification, the payment was not posted or received on our account.

The guest acknowledged the issue and promised to settle the amount once the payment was retrieved. Unfortunately, despite the promise and our follow-ups, the outstanding amount remains unpaid until now.

We have kept our records, payment verification, and CCTV/vehicle documentation related to the incident.

We are making this post as a warning to other establishments and businesses to always verify payments directly through their accounts before allowing check-in or releasing services.

We hope this matter can still be resolved privately and properly. If the payment is settled, we will acknowledge the resolution.

Reminder to fellow business owners:
📌 Never rely solely on screenshots as proof of payment.
📌 Always verify that the payment is actually credited to your account before providing your service.

Thank you.
