Please be cautious of suspicious reservation inquiries on Facebook. We encountered a potential scam attempt using the name “Mae Shaina Da Young / Shaina Mae Da Young Kim.”
Red flags included:
• Pressuring us to stay online while “payment” was being processed
• Creating urgency by claiming they were boarding a flight
• Sending IDs and asking for immediate reservation confirmation before verified payment
For everyone’s safety, always verify cleared payments first before confirming any booking or transaction. Stay vigilant online.
