Malapascua Update 🇵🇭
A few hours ago, a strong earthquake was felt across parts of the Visayas.
We’re relieved to share that Malapascua Island has not sustained any major damage and, most importantly, there were no casualties.
🌴 Everything is fully operational — the resort and the diving center are running at 100%, the airport is open and functioning normally, flights are arriving on schedule, and the roads in Cebu are clear. Only minor damages have been reported in some areas to the north, but things are already back to normal.
We would like to thank everyone for your kind messages and concern — we’re all safe and well.
A special thanks goes to our Business Association for keeping everyone informed throughout the event, and to our Barangay and local Police, who immediately assisted the residents and helped ensure everyone’s safety. 🙏
